Payment is tied to finished work, not to calendar dates. In our reference schedule the confirmation deposit is only 5% and the final 5% is paid at handover, once the defects list is cleared. The construction rate of RM200–RM250 per sq ft depends on the package, design and specification, and it is the same whether you finance with LPPSA, a bank, EPF or cash.
