How much does it cost to build on your own land?
Our rates are RM200 to RM250 per square foot, depending on the package, design and specification, plus RM45,000 for council approval through to CCC and RM5,500 for permanent water and electricity meters. The cost estimator gives your full figure in 30 seconds.
Are the plans and quotation really free?
Yes, completely. Plans, 3D views and a full quotation are provided with no charge, no registration and no obligation. We are only paid once you choose us to build.
Do I need to own land first?
Yes. A build loan needs the title in the applicant's name, because the land is the security. Not sure your land is suitable? Our land check takes seven questions. The whole sequence is in our guide on how to build a house on your own land.
Which areas do you cover?
Selangor, Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya. Outside these areas we don't quote a price — but you can still download our plans for free and take them to a local contractor.
