This is what a home on your own land looks like when it all comes together: a cream two-storey bungalow, a car porch with stone-clad columns, and a garden made of the front yard — lawn, tropical planting, a stone path, a pergola and a timber gazebo for evening tea.
The photographs below start at the structure stage, when this house was still grey walls behind blue site hoarding, and run through to a living room, kitchen and staircase the family already lives with. It is the only project in our portfolio we photographed right into a furnished home.
