Q: How quickly will you reply?

During working hours, usually within the hour on WhatsApp. We are open Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday & Sunday by appointment only. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next working day.

Q: Is the consultation charged?

No. Consultation, drawings, 3D views and a full quotation are all free, with no registration and no obligation. We are only paid once you appoint us to build.

Q: What should I prepare before contacting you?

Three things, none of them mandatory: a copy or photograph of your land title, a rough idea of the floor area you want, and your budget range. If you do not have all of it, get in touch anyway — many questions are easier to answer in conversation. You can also start with the cost calculator.

Q: Can we meet at your office?

Yes, we are in Klang, Selangor. Contact us first to set a time so the right person is there. For most cases a visit to your site is more useful than a meeting at ours.

Q: I'm outside Selangor, KL and Negeri Sembilan.

We only build in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur & Negeri Sembilan, so we will not quote outside that area. You can still download any of our plans free and take them to a local contractor, and we will still answer questions about title, approvals or financing if we can help.

Q: What about a warranty claim?
