Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a form

Your name, phone number, and email if you give it. Along with that, a record of the result of the tool you used: floor area, package, cost estimate, or your eligibility and land-check results.

When you only use a tool

Your answers stay in your browser. The cost estimator, eligibility check and land check calculate everything on your device; if you do not submit a form, none of your answers is sent to us and no record is made. Google Analytics still records that the page was visited (see below).

Your income figures

This is the most important commitment on this page. We do not send or store your exact salary, allowances or monthly commitments. When you submit a form from the eligibility check, only a range is sent — for example “5,000–6,000” — together with the result of the calculation. We never record the exact number, and never send it to any analytics tool.

Technical data

Our servers log requests like any web server: IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and diagnosis. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: it sets its own cookies and receives the page address, your approximate location, device and browser type. The cost estimator's address carries the house size, package and storeys you chose, never your income. The same Google tag is linked to our Google Ads account, so Google may use your visit to show you RumahHQ ads on other sites (remarketing) and to measure which ads bring enquiries. We use no chat widget. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Where your data goes

When you submit a form, your information goes to three places only:

1. Our CRM system. A lead record is created so our team can contact you and keep the context of the conversation.
2. Our WhatsApp system. One automatic confirmation message is sent to the number you gave, so you know your request was received.
3. Our sales team. The people who will contact you.

We do not sell your data, rent it out, or share it with any third party for their marketing. If you go on to apply for financing, your documents are sent to LPPSA or the bank you choose — but that happens with your knowledge and permission at the time, not automatically from a form on this site.

Consent

Every form has a consent box that is not ticked by default, with a specific statement of what you are agreeing to. Marketing consent is a separate box, and it is optional — you can submit a request without agreeing to receive marketing, and it does not affect the service you receive.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

• Lead records that do not become a project: kept for as long as they are useful for follow-up, and deleted on your request.
• Project client records: kept longer, because we have to keep contract, payment-claim and warranty records for the period accounting and warranty requirements demand.
• Server logs: short term, for security and diagnosis.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct data that is inaccurate
• Withdraw consent to processing, including marketing
• Limit processing for particular purposes
• Ask for your data to be deleted, subject to the record-keeping requirements above

PDF and plan downloads

Every drawing on this site can be downloaded without giving any information. No form, no email, no registration. We do not track who downloads what, because we do not need it to run this business.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be stated clearly, not slipped in.
