About this house
A tall glass gable that glows at dusk, with clean modern lines — this house is at its most beautiful when the lights come on. At nearly 3,700 square feet, it is a large home with open, high interiors.
RHQ-D1-04 has 4 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms in 3,694 square feet — one of the most balanced ratios in the D1 series.
This design suits a medium-sized family with three or four children. On average each bedroom accounts for about 924 square feet of the total area, and a ratio of 4 bathrooms to 4 bedrooms lets almost every bedroom have its own bathroom. Because it is two storeys, the building footprint needs only about half the floor area. As a guide, a plot of 4,000 square feet is enough once the building setbacks councils usually require are allowed for.
This cost is within LPPSA's new RM1 million limit, but the portion above RM750,000 is charged 4.5%, not 4%, and an amount this size needs a high income. Many choose a bank loan or joint financing with a spouse. Check your eligibility before choosing this design.
