About this house
A white two-storey house with brown timber accents and a balcony right above the entrance, joined to a wide single-storey wing. It combines the elegance of a two-storey home with the comfort of living on one level — and that main entrance makes a strong first impression.
RHQ-D1-01 divides 2,454 square feet into just 4 bedrooms, so every bedroom and shared space is roomier than usual at this size.
This design suits a medium-sized family with three or four children. On average each bedroom accounts for about 614 square feet of the total area, and 3 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms — usually one in the master bedroom and the rest shared. Because it is two storeys, the building footprint needs only about half the floor area. As a guide, a plot of 2,600 square feet is enough once the building setbacks councils usually require are allowed for.
This cost is still within LPPSA's fixed 4% band (up to RM750,000), but it is above the likely eligibility of a civil servant on a moderate salary. Check your eligibility first so you know whether this amount fits.
