This design suits a medium-sized family with three or four children. On average each bedroom accounts for about 567 square feet of the total area, and a ratio of 4 bathrooms to 4 bedrooms lets almost every bedroom have its own bathroom. Because it is two storeys, the building footprint needs only about half the floor area.
